Al Warsan

Al Warsan spans approximately 17.1 km², divided into four distinct sub-communities: Warsan 1 through 4. Located in eastern Dubai and bordered by International City, Al Warqa, and Nad Al Sheba, it blends industrial heritage with a growing residential and commercial character.

Historically, the area functioned as a predominantly industrial zone—home to key facilities like the Dubai Sewage & Treatment Plant, DEWA headquarters, the Dubai Plant Souq, and other utility infrastructures.
