Cushman & Wakefield Core was appointed by Pictet to conduct a city-wide search for new office premises, as the existing space no longer aligned with Pictet’s brand positioning and exceeded their current headcount requirements.
02 The Solution
Cushman & Wakefield Core successfully secured a lease at One Offices, a premium serviced office provider located in One Za'abeel—one of Dubai’s most prestigious developments along Sheikh Zayed Road. As an early occupier of the newly delivered floor, we were able to negotiate below-market rates, which are expected to rise as occupancy increases.
03 The Approach
With a headcount of fewer than 10 people, Cushman & Wakefield Core conducted a targeted search across prime mainland assets in Dubai to better align with the client’s covenant and enhance the experience for visiting clients.
