Waleed Mahmoud

Waleed Has been employed by Cushman and Wakefield for 12 years. He extended his loyalty by joining Cushman & Wakefield Core in November 2023 to bring over an extensive experience that extends for almost two decades. Within Cushman and Wakefield, he was acting as Head of Middle East Research. His diverse background in real estate encompasses consultancy and advisory services, valuations, and market research data analysis. Waleed has seamlessly collaborated across advisory and valuations, consistently delivering robust reports that meet and exceed client expectations. His wealth of expertise extends across various countries in the MENA region, including the UAE, KSA, Egypt, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman, and others.

Before joining Cushman and Wakefield, Waleed held the position of Senior Research Analyst at Colliers International for six years, working in the Dubai and Cairo offices. During his time with the Middle East Consultancy Team, he played a pivotal role in building market databases, conducting market intelligence, and performing data analysis in the UAE and other locations. His research and consultancy experience spans multiple real estate sectors, such as residential, commercial, hospitality, retail, education, and healthcare. Waleed has also acquired extensive experience in developing and maintaining robust socio-economic databases, providing valuable market intelligence for various assignments.

Waleed is a native Arabic speaker and was previously based in the KSA and Egypt allowing him to build a broad experience in bilingual market conditions. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Tanta University, Egypt and is currently training towards his RICS professional membership.
