Varun has successfully led teams of real estate consultants, advising governments in GCC on three large-scale masterplans, encompassing townships up to 56 sq km. His responsibilities included evaluating the highest and best use, and formulating investment strategies to ensure optimal returns.

Further, he has also advised various real estate developers, landowners and banks in the region on real estate entry strategies, land development/redevelopment strategies and product pricing.
