Rachel joined Cushman & Wakefield Core as Marketing Communications Director, bringing over 15 years of international experience in marketing and communications. Leading the firm’s strategic initiatives in the Middle East, Rachel focuses on enhancing brand visibility, stakeholder engagement, and market presence through integrated campaigns that create tangible connections and drive business growth.
Having lived and worked in markets across the world - including the UK, Australia, Singapore and the UAE—Rachel offers a unique mix of local knowledge with a global perspective. Before joining Cushman & Wakefield Core, she held senior leadership roles at JLL, where she developed and executed high-profile global marcomms strategies. Rachel is also the founder of Mama Hub, a community initiative in Dubai supporting mothers and fostering partnerships with local businesses.
