About

While still studying, Eric started in 2019 as a valuer at the Cushman & Wakefield office in Amsterdam. He was involved in implementing the Automatic Valuation Model for residential assignments and performed commercial valuations for several large Dutch Banks. After graduating with a double Finance Master’s in 2021, Eric switched to the Capital Markets team internally. There he advised private equity, owner-occupiers, and institutional and private investors on the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate portfolios and propositions.

Eric joined the Cushman & Wakefield Core Capital Markets team, leveraging his skills and experience in the Middle East while covering all types of commercial real estate assets. Eric is known for his drive, approachability, and transparency.
