Daniel joined Cushman & Wakefield Core in 2022 with a wealth of experience gained from his five-year tenure as a Surveyor in Ireland. During this time, he worked with several prominent property firms, including Cushman & Wakefield Ireland, CBRE, and Knight Frank, in a variety of departments including Capital Markets, Commercial Rates, Professional Services, and Valuations.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield Core, Daniel served as a Chartered Surveyor in the Valuation & Consultancy team at Knight Frank in Dublin, where he was responsible for valuation assignments, negotiations, and inspections of diverse assets including residential, commercial, and land properties. He also provided support in Landlord & Tenant matters, including rent reviews and lease renewal negotiations, and was proficient in preparing Red Book and Non-Red Book opinions on value.
With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing robust and well-considered valuations and reports, Daniel consistently demonstrated exceptional proficiency in his role. Daniel holds a Chartered Surveyor qualification and is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), where he holds the title of RICS Registered Valuer and serves as an APC (Assessment of Professional Competence) Supervisor & Counsellor.
