Amna earned a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Zayed University in 2018.

During her studies, she gained valuable experience through an internship with Emirates, where she organized staff-related documents and communicated with employees to schedule interviews. After graduating, she briefly interned at FlyDubai, where she focused on organizing spreadsheets in Excel. Currently, Amna is working at Cushman & Wakefield Core as a Translator.
