Property Consultancies Cushman & Wakefield, CORE Strike an Alliance for UAE

Dubai: The property services firm Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) and Dubai-based CORE have struck an alliance for the UAE market, which will see the latter tap into C&W’s network of 400 offices.

Under the terms of the deal, CORE has been re-branded ‘Cushman & Wakefield Core’, and this comes at a time when the Dubai Grade A office real estate space is hitting occupancy levels of 90 per cent plus.

“We are confident that by combining our local market knowledge with Cushman & Wakefield's global capabilities, we will create unparalleled value for stakeholders," said Edward Macura, Co-CEO of CORE.

The partnership will also offer market insights and an ‘expanded’ service offering. These include capital markets, investment and asset management, project and development services, facilities and global occupier services.
