Meraas and CORE launch Bluewaters in Dubai

UAE developer Meraas held an exclusive preview of its stunning new residences at Bluewaters, a vibrant cosmopolitan island that will also be home to Ain Dubai, the world’s largest observation wheel.

More than 300 special guests who attended the event held on the newly-built bridge that connects the island to Sheikh Zayed Road, were treated to some soulful jazz music.

Guests were able to immerse themselves in the vibrant lifestyle awaiting homeowners at the waterfront living destination, with a selection of jazz, against the backdrop of the city’s famous skyline and the soothing sounds of the ocean combining to create a calm and peaceful ambiance, said a company spokesman.

Visitors had the opportunity to see for themselves the status of the 17 townhouses and 10 apartment buildings, which include four penthouses and 698 apartments being built at Bluewaters, he noted.

An architectural model and a live presentation provided the guests further insights into life on the island, he added.

The Bluewaters, situated just off the coast of Jumeirah Beach Residence opposite The Beach, is a modern, family-oriented island destination with a pioneering spirit that blends waterfront living with the exhilaration of urban city life.

Meraas recently appointed leading real estate expert CORE as the exclusive agent for the sale of luxury residences at Bluewaters.

The UAE developer said it was dedicated to making Dubai and the UAE better for people to live, work and play in.

"We design for a diverse mix of people to stimulate a creative urban culture where the next generation of ideas, businesses and communities can take root," stated the company spokesman.

"Our investments ensure a better future for generations to come and spread across different sectors including "food, retail, leisure, hospitality, health and education," he noted.

"Our destinations which include to date – City Walk, The Beach, Boxpark, Last exit and The Outlet Village – are open places for communities to socialise, explore, learn, play, create and innovate,' he added.
