The Dome Tower, a 41-story skyscraper located in cluster N of Jumeirah Lake Towers, was developed by Landmark Real Estate Investment Management and delivered in 2013. As a part of DMCC, a designated Dubai Free Zone for multi-commodities trade and numerous other industries, the Dome Tower comprises around 300 office spaces and some retail units, offering a total office area of over 468,234 sq. ft. With a typical floor plate size of 11,744 square feet, the tower stands 176 meters tall.
Tenants of the Dome Tower benefit from its strategic location along Al Sarayat Street, which offers easy accessibility from Sheikh Zayed Road (E11). Dome Tower provides two office space configurations: shell and core and fully fitted offices, including restrooms, a kitchen, and a pantry. Some of the bigger offices also have additional restrooms. The tenants can use common amenities such as waiting areas, and conference and meeting rooms.
DMCC is a prominent mixed-use area in Dubai Free Zone that includes residences, offices, retail, restaurants, and incubators along with parks and lakes. Each cluster at DMCC consists of three buildings and is named alphabetically from A to Z. The neighbourhood is dominated by skyscrapers that are both residential and commercial. JLT boasts over 12 million sq. ft. of office space and nearly 14,500 residential units.
