Emirates Financial Tower is a commercial skyscraper in DIFC. Emirates Financial Tower was Developed by Enshaa PSC and was completed in 2011. A glass sky bridge on the 16th floor connects the 27-story twin towers. The towers are named North Tower and South Tower. Emirates Financial Towers has retail space on the ground floor. Offices are located throughout the rest of the building in various configurations. At Emirates Financial Towers, every office has a glass window with a distinctive view of DIFC.

The collective office space available in Emirates Financial Tower-North is about 225,710 sq. ft and in Emirates, Financial Tower-South is 225,710 sq. ft.
