The Corniche Area's Nation Towers is a mixed-use complex with two high-rise structures joined by a sky bridge. The opulent St. Regis Hotel, office space, and Nation Galleria—a premier shopping attraction for locals—are all located in Nation Towers. Nation Tower A is a 65-story residential tower with 360 residential units and a covered area of roughly 98,475 square meters. The St. Regis Hotel's opulent apartments are located above the offices on the lower floors of Nation Tower B which has 52 stories. Tower B has a total floor area of about 87,100 sq. m.

Nation Residences, which spans three levels, is nestled beneath Nation Galleria. Nation Towers was developed by International Capital Trading LLC and completed in 2013.
