Dubai healthcare city is governed by its own regulatory body and facilitates end-to-end business set-up.
Dubai Healthcare City comprises nearly 4.4 million sq. ft. of medical facilities and office spaces spread across 23 buildings and also has multiple hospitality venues within the district. This Dubai free zone is flanked by established residential areas of Oud Metha, the Wafi community, Jaddaff and Umm Hurrair. Dubai Healthcare City has the added advantage of being in close proximity to the Dubai International Airport.
