Al Barsha is a collection of sub-communities in Dubai, comprising Al Barsha 1, 2, 3 and the upcoming Al Barsha South. It is one of the largest communities of Dubai’s real estate and is located on the western side of Dubai. Al Barsha is bounded by E 11 (Sheikh Zayed Road) and E 311 (Sheikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Road). Al Barsha is surrounded to the north by Al Sufouh, to the west by Emirates Hills, to the east by Al Quoz and to the south by Dubai Sports City and other property developments. Prominent landmarks within Al Barsha include the Mall of the Emirates and Dubai Autodrome.
Al Barsha is a major residential and commercial hub with a highly convenient location. It also has the added advantage of being a great school district making it a great choice for families. In addition to key commercial properties offering office spaces, it also houses many warehousing and industrial units. It is one of the first areas to see the new trend that is emerging in Dubai’s real estate of re-purposed warehouse units accommodating quirky offices, art galleries and gymnasiums.
