Since beginning her career in the industry in 2020, she has developed expertise in managing residential and commercial property listings, supporting brokers and clients through every stage of the listing process.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield Core, Tecla built a strong track record in listing management, regulatory compliance and market research. Her experience includes overseeing Trakheesi requirements, maintaining CRM systems, conducting market analysis and ensuring adherence to KYC and AML standards. She works closely with agents, landlords and internal teams to deliver accurate, compliant and efficient processes that support successful transactions.
