Spoorthi Badari

Spoorthi joined Cushman & Wakefield Core's Strategic Consulting team in 2022 to provide real estate advisory services to developers and investors throughout the UAE region. She holds a post-graduate degree in Advanced Construction Management and a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from India and has over 4 years of experience in the real estate sector.

As a member of the Strategic Consulting team at Cushman & Wakefield Core, Spoorthi is responsible for conducting market studies, highest and best-use studies, benchmarking studies, supply and demand analysis, and feasibility studies for mixed and single-use concepts and key masterplan developments across UAE. She is also responsible for analyzing macroeconomic factors, conducting real estate market overviews, and assessing the supply and demand characteristics in GCC markets to provide clients with development recommendations across various asset classes.

Prior to joining the Strategic Consulting team at Cushman & Wakefield Core Spoorthi worked as a Technical Manager for a non-banking finance company in India, specializing in residential and commercial property valuation.
