Scott joined Cushman & Wakefield Core as an Associate Director within the Project & Development Services team, bringing over 16 years of international experience delivering complex, high-value real estate developments across the UK and Middle East, including the UAE, Jordan, Oman, Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. His work spans large-scale mixed-use developments and major projects across the leisure and hospitality, commercial, retail, education and residential sectors.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield Core, Scott held roles across both consultancy and client-side organisations, advising private developers, government entities and institutional investors. His experience covers the full project lifecycle, from early-stage feasibility and development strategy through to procurement and delivery, providing him with a strong understanding of commercial drivers, procurement strategy and project risk.
Combining strategic oversight with hands-on project leadership, Scott works closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams to establish robust delivery frameworks and ensure projects are delivered to programme, cost and quality objectives.
