Nizar El Hakim

Nizar joined Cushman & Wakefield Core as a Senior Manager within the Project & Development Services team, bringing over a decade of experience delivering technically complex, design-led developments across the UAE and wider region. His work spans high-profile cultural, mixed-use, hospitality and ultra-high-end residential projects, supporting clients through all stages of the development lifecycle.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield Core, Nizar held roles across both consultancy and contractor organisations, working closely with clients, consultants, authorities and contractors to deliver major projects from feasibility and design development through to procurement, construction and handover. His portfolio includes landmark developments such as the Museum of the Future in Dubai and the BEEAH Headquarters in Sharjah, as well as projects including FIVE LUXE JBR and Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island.

Combining strong technical understanding with a structured and collaborative approach, Nizar works with multidisciplinary teams to navigate complex stakeholder environments and ensure projects are delivered to programme, cost and quality objectives.
