Nikita joined Cushman & Wakefield Core as a Resident Services Executive, supporting the day-to-day operations of Al Sufouh Residences and helping to deliver a seamless experience for residents and stakeholders. Her role spans across resident services, leasing administration and tenancy management, contributing to the efficient operation of a premium residential asset.
Working closely with residents, leasing teams, facilities management and service providers, Nikita oversees tenancy contracts, leasing documentation and administrative processes, while supporting the resident journey throughout the tenancy lifecycle. She plays an important role in ensuring operational matters are managed efficiently, maintaining high standards of service and supporting compliance across key property management functions.
