Marc joined Cushman & Wakefield Core as part of the Valuation & Advisory team, bringing an international background in civil engineering, finance, and real estate advisory. He studied Civil Engineering in London before completing a Master’s degree in Engineering Management and Finance at Arizona State University, combining technical expertise with financial insight. His experience includes development advisory and feasibility studies across multiple asset classes, with a focus on financial modelling, highest-and-best-use evaluations, and portfolio strategies. With his cross-disciplinary expertise and global perspective, Marc supports investors and developers in navigating complex projects, delivering both analytical rigour and strategic guidance to unlock long-term value from their real estate investments.
