Gate Building is a landmark building and the very first high-rise commercial building in DIFC. Gate Building was Developed by Dubai International Financial Centre and was completed in 2005. Due to its form, which resembles a sizable gate in front of the area, the structure acts as a gateway into Dubai's financial centre.

The Dubai Stock Exchange is headquartered in the Gate Building, a 15-story office complex.
