Shining Towers is a complex consisting of a residential tower with 33 stories of residential units and a commercial tower with 42 stories of office units. Each of these multi-story towers was designed to resemble a pair of dancers moving together without touching one another. They also each appear to lean both sideways and inward. Both these towers are linked by a three-storey podium and three basement levels. These provide retail and leisure facilities, and car parking for the residential units as well as for the office spaces.
