Al Safa is located in western Dubai and is bordered to the north by Jumeirah, to the south by Al Quoz, to the east by Al Wasl, and to the west by Al Manara. Al Safa is connected by Al Wasl road and Sheikh Zayed Road and is home to the well-known Safa Park.
Al Safa is largely a residential area and is divided into two sub-communities — Al Safa 1 and Al Safa 2, which house extremely affluent residential communities offering tenants and occupiers a wide variety of options to choose from. Al Safa is home to many prominent schools, medical centres and consulates. There have been many villas which have been repurposed as retail outlets, medical centres and office spaces and many local and regional businesses look to rent a villa in this area.
Along with a low-rise community lifestyle, the area boasts stunning views. The Dubai Water Canal which runs through the district provides water-front views in the backdrop of Dubai’s skyline.
As Al Safa is home to many high-income local and ex-pat households, and conventional office spaces are limited in supply within the immediate vicinity, commercial villas are in high demand. We see many retail concepts, medical centres and supermarkets looking to rent a villa along its main arterial roads to cater to this affluent demographic.
